Introduction and Who We Are

EveryDoor Pty Ltd (ACN 688 605 398, ABN 50 688 605 398), trading as EveryDoor, is an Australian company offering a natural-language property search platform. We respect your privacy and take it seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use EveryDoor’s website and services, and how you can manage your data. By using our site or services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. We are committed to complying with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) in handling personal information.

Information We Collect

We collect personal information and usage data necessary to provide you with our property search and related services. The types of information we may collect include:

  • Contact Details: Your name, email address, phone number, and any other contact information you provide. For example, if you create an account or fill out a form, we collect details like your name and email.

  • Account Information: If you register for an account, we collect login credentials and any profile details you choose to provide. You can also choose to log in via social networks, in which case we may collect information from your social profile (For example, your username or profile photo) with your permission.

  • Property Preferences & Interests: Information on your property search preferences (such as location areas of interest, price range, property features) and any natural language queries you enter on our platform. This may include textual search queries you input or usage of manual filters.

  • Location Data: We may collect general location information. For example, if you search for properties "near me" or allow location access, we might use your device’s approximate location or the locations you include in searches. This helps us show relevant property results in your area. Location data is typically collected in a way that does not personally identify you. You may also input landmarks or personal locations (such as your place of work, school or other points of interest) that will be stored against your profile to allow a better search experience.

  • Financial/Interest Information: We do not collect sensitive financial details like bank account numbers or credit reports. However, you may optionally inform us of your home-buying status – for instance, indicating if you are pre-approved for a mortgage. We treat this as basic financial status information. Importantly, we do not ask for government-issued identifiers (such as passport or driver’s license numbers) or any tax file numbers, and we do not collect detailed financial documents from you (For example, no credit card or loan details on our site). If in the future we ever need to handle such sensitive information, we will only do so with your consent and in accordance with the law.

  • User Communications and Interactions: Content of your communications with us or through our platform, such as emails, chat messages, feedback, or inquiries. For example, if you contact us for support or provide feedback, we will collect and retain that correspondence.

  • Website Usage Data: We automatically collect some information about your visit to EveryDoor. This includes your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, clicks and interactions on the site, dates/times of visits and referring website or search engine. We also record how you interact with property listings and search results (for instance, which properties you view, Like, Love or Hide). This behavioral information helps us personalize your experience.

  • Cookies and Tracking Data: Like most websites, EveryDoor uses cookies and similar tracking technologies (such as web beacons and pixels) to collect data about your browsing activities on our site. These technologies log information like your IP address, browser type, and pages you visit. They help us remember your preferences, understand usage patterns, and show you relevant content. Some cookies are essential for site functionality (For example,, keeping you logged in), while others are used for analytics and advertising (see Cookies & Tracking below).

We generally collect personal information directly from you when you interact with EveryDoor (For example,, when you fill out a form or perform a search). In some cases, we may obtain information from third-party sources: for example, if you choose to log in via Google or Facebook, or if a real estate agent provides feedback about a lead we sent them. We will not collect personal information secretly or in ways you would not expect. If information is optional, you may choose not to provide it – though this might limit certain features (for instance, we cannot contact you about a property if you don’t provide contact details).

How We Use Your Information

We only use your personal information for purposes related to operating EveryDoor’s services and as otherwise permitted or required by law. The primary purposes for which we use information include:

  • Providing and Improving Our Service: We use collected information to operate the EveryDoor platform, display property listings (both on-market and off-market), and enable you to search using natural language. Your search queries and preferences allow us to filter and tailor the property results you see. We also use data about your site usage to improve our algorithms and user interface. For example, knowing what filters are commonly used or which listings are popular helps us enhance the service.

  • Personalizing Your Experience: Information like your search history, saved properties, and interactions may be used to personalize the content you see. We strive to show you properties or suggestions that align with your interests. We may also use cookies to remember your preferences (such as your preferred location or property type) and to recommend properties similar to those you view most often.

  • Handling Inquiries and Services You Request: If you ask for information about a property or submit an expression of interest” (or “Love”) on an off-market property, we use your contact and inquiry details to follow up. We will respond to your questions, provide information you requested, and help connect you with relevant real estate agents or services. For example, if you express interest in an off-market property, we may notify a real estate agent in order to attempt to get the property online. If your profile preferences allow and the agent is successful in getting the property online, your contact details may be provided to the agent for follow up with You.
  • Account Management: For registered users, we use your info to maintain your account, verify your identity when you log in, and communicate important account-related notices. We might also pre-fill certain forms to save you time (for instance, if you’ve already given us your name and email, we may auto-fill those when you go to contact an agent).

  • Marketing and Updates (with Consent): With your consent or where otherwise allowed, we may use your email or other contact info to send you marketing communications about EveryDoor or real estate topics. This might include newsletters, updates on new features, or property alerts you subscribe to. You can opt out of marketing at any time (see Your Choices below). We will not spam you, and we won’t sell your contact details to third-party marketers.

  • Analytics and Product Research: We analyze usage data (aggregated and de-identified where possible) to understand how our site is used. This helps us troubleshoot issues, conduct research and development, and improve performance. For example, we might analyze search trends to decide what new features to build, or use click data to improve our user interface. We also generate statistics about our user base and traffic for internal understanding (For example, total users in a city).

  • Security and Compliance: Information may be used to monitor for fraudulent or suspicious activity and to maintain the security of our platform. We use data (like IP addresses or account activity) to detect and prevent misuse of EveryDoor, hacking attempts, or violations of our Terms of Use. We may also use personal information to ensure compliance with legal obligations – for example, keeping records required by law or responding to lawful requests by authorities.

We will only use or disclose your information for the purpose you provided it, or for purposes directly related to that purpose, unless otherwise required by law. For instance, if you provide your email to inquire about a property, we will use it to facilitate that inquiry and not for unrelated reasons. If we ever need to use your data for a new purpose not covered by this Policy, we will seek your consent or update this Policy accordingly.

How We Share Your Information

EveryDoor may share personal information with third parties in certain scenarios, consistent with the purposes described above. The types of third parties we share with, and the reasons, include:

  • Real Estate Agents and Agencies (Property Leads): If you choose to enquire about a property or express interest in an off-market property on EveryDoor, we will share your relevant details with the real estate agent or agency handling that property. This typically includes your name and contact information and may include your suburb of interest or basic details of your inquiry. We share this information so that the agent can respond to you and assist with your property inquiry. For example, when you click "Love" on an off-market property and a local agent is successful in getting the property online, your contact details (and any preapproval information you supplied at the time including preapproval status and indicative price) may be shared with agent(s). Agents are only permitted to use your personal information for the purpose of following up on your inquiry (For example, to contact you about that property). They should not use it for unrelated marketing unless you consent to them separately. Please note that once your information is transferred to an agent, it will be handled under that agent’s or agency’s own privacy policy. While EveryDoor obliges them to use it only for the intended purpose, we do not control their operations – so we encourage you to review any privacy terms that the agent provides. EveryDoor is not responsible for how an external agent you connected with uses your information, beyond the initial intended purpose.

  • Service Providers and Partners: We use a number of trusted third-party companies to help us deliver the EveryDoor service. We share information with these service providers only to the extent necessary for them to perform services on our behalf, and we require them to protect it. Key service providers/partners include:

    • OpenAI (Natural Language Processing): EveryDoor’s natural-language search feature is powered by OpenAI. When you enter a free-text property search query, the text of your query (which may include location keywords but not your name or contact details) is sent to OpenAI’s AI API for processing. OpenAI’s system interprets the query and helps return structured search results. In this process, OpenAI may receive your query text and general location context to generate a response. We do not send any directly identifying personal information to OpenAI – only the content of your search query and necessary parameters. OpenAI is a U.S.-based provider; however, OpenAI has stated that data submitted via their API is not used to train their models or improve their services by default. This means your search queries are not retained by OpenAI for training purposes, except as needed to provide the service (and subject to OpenAI’s own privacy protections). We use OpenAI solely to provide you with better search understanding, and we ensure that no more data is shared than necessary. (For more on OpenAI’s privacy practices, you can refer to their privacy policy.)

    • Typesense (Search Indexing): We use Typesense (an open-source search engine service) to index property listings and retrieve results quickly. When you search on EveryDoor, our Typesense service will handle the query against our database of listings. This means that your search terms are processed by Typesense’s engine. If we use a cloud-hosted Typesense service, your query might be handled on their servers. Typesense does not get your account info – just search keywords – and it returns matching listings. This helps provide fast and relevant results.

    • Mapbox (Maps & Location Services): EveryDoor integrates Mapbox for map display and location-related features (such as showing property locations on a map). When you view a map on our site or use location-based search features, Mapbox may automatically collect certain data such as your device’s IP address, location coordinates (if you have location services on), and map interactions. This is standard for map functionality – the map tiles and geocoding are provided by Mapbox’s servers. Any such data transmitted to Mapbox is handled under Mapbox’s privacy safeguards. We do not send your personal contact information to Mapbox, but Mapbox may receive generalized location data through your use of the maps.

    • Database and Hosting (SupaBase): Our application and databases are hosted on Supabase (a cloud hosting and database platform) or similar cloud infrastructure. SupaBase stores all of our application data, including your account information and property listings, on secure servers. Supabase acts as a processor of data on our behalf. This means your personal data is stored in cloud data centers managed by Supabase. Supabase’s infrastructure may be hosted on major cloud providers (For example, AWS) and could be located outside Australia (depending on the region we choose). We rely on their robust security measures (encryption, access control, etc.) to protect your data at rest and in transit. SupaBase does not access or use your data except as needed to keep it available to EveryDoor (see Data Storage & Security below for more details).

    • Email and Communication Tools: If we send emails or other notifications, we might use third-party email delivery services (for example, an email marketing platform or transactional email service). These providers would handle your email address and the content of emails under strict confidentiality, just to send out our communications to you.

  • Analytics and Advertising Partners: EveryDoor uses third-party analytics and marketing tools to understand user behavior and to reach people who might be interested in our service. These partners include:

    • Google Analytics and Google Ads: We use Google Analytics to collect data about how users use EveryDoor (For example,, which pages are visited, for how long, etc.), which helps us improve the site. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar identifiers to track your interaction with our site. The information generated by these cookies (including IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers which may be in the United States or other countries. We also use Google Ads (AdWords) for marketing EveryDoor. This includes using the Google Ads remarketing and conversion tracking features. In practice, this means Google may set cookies (like the Google Ads cookie) in your browser when you visit EveryDoor. If you later use Google search or visit a site in Google’s advertising network, those cookies might allow Google to show you an advertisement for EveryDoor (i.e., targeted advertising). These tools help us measure the effectiveness of our ads and reach users likely interested in our platform. We do not provide Google any of your personal contact information; however, Google may infer info about you through cookies. Any data Google collects via our site may be combined with data Google holds from other sites per Google’s own privacy policies. We abide by Google’s user data policies (For example,, we do not upload any personal identifier to Google Ads without consent).

    • Facebook Pixel: We utilize the Meta (Facebook) Pixel on our website. The Facebook Pixel is a small piece of code that runs on our site and helps us understand users' actions on EveryDoor and later, to reach those users (or similar audiences) with ads on Facebook/Instagram. The Pixel tracks events like page views, button clicks (for example, if you click “Interested in a property”), and it collects information such as your Facebook User ID (if you're logged in to Facebook) or other device identifiers. This information is sent to Facebook to analyze the effectiveness of our Facebook ads and to enable retargeting (showing you relevant EveryDoor ads on Facebook platforms if you’ve visited our site). We do not share sensitive personal data like your name or email directly with the Pixel; however, through Pixel data Facebook may link your site visit to your user account with them. In essence, Google Analytics/Ads and Facebook Pixel involve disclosing some data about your site usage to those companies for analytics and advertising purposes. These companies may track you across different websites via their cookies and pixels. Please refer to Google’s and Facebook’s privacy policies for more details on how they handle the data collected.

  • Other Third-Party Tools: We may use additional tools and integrations on EveryDoor which collect data. For example, if we have a chat support widget or survey tool from a third party, it may collect info you provide via that interface. We will provide notices at the point of collection if any such tool is collecting your data on our behalf. All our service providers are required to use your data only for our specified purposes and protect it per applicable law.

  • Business Transactions: If EveryDoor (the company or platform) is involved in a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or any form of corporate restructuring, personal information may be transferred to the new owner or partner as part of that transaction. We would ensure the new owner is bound to respect your personal information in line with this Privacy Policy (or you would be given notice and a chance to opt-out if laws require).

  • Legal Compliance and Protection: We may disclose personal information to government authorities, regulators, law enforcement or other parties if required or permitted by law. Examples include complying with a subpoena or court order, responding to lawful requests by public authorities, or sharing information to investigate or prevent illegal activities, fraud, or a violation of our terms of service. We may also share information with our legal advisors in order to obtain advice or defend our legal rights, or with entities involved in resolving a dispute. Such disclosures will only be made to the extent necessary and as allowed under privacy laws.

Cross-Border Data Disclosures: Many of EveryDoor’s service providers (such as OpenAI, Google, Facebook, Mapbox, and Supabase) are based overseas or may process data on servers outside Australia. For example, servers in the United States often host data for these services. By using EveryDoor or submitting information to us, you consent to the transfer of your personal information overseas for the purposes described. We take steps to ensure any international data transfers are done securely and in accordance with Australian privacy requirements. However, please note that when personal information is held by an overseas provider, it may not be protected by the Australian Privacy Act 1988. In other words, an overseas recipient might not be bound by Australian law, and you might not be able to seek redress under the Privacy Act if that provider mishandles your data. Despite this, we contractually obligate our service providers to protect your data, and we choose reputable companies with strong privacy and security standards. If you would like more information about the countries in which our service providers are located, or have questions about cross-border disclosures, please contact us (see Contact Us section below).

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

EveryDoor uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve your experience and to enable certain features. A cookie is a small text file stored on your device by your web browser. We use the following types of cookies on our site:

  • Necessary Cookies: These are essential for our site’s functionality. For example, if you log in, we use a session cookie to keep you logged in as you navigate pages. Without these, certain services (like user login or property saving) may not work.

  • Preferences Cookies: These remember your choices and preferences to provide a more personalized experience. For instance, a cookie may remember your preferred region or past search filters so we can auto-set them next time.

  • Analytics Cookies: We use these to collect information about how visitors use our website. As noted, we use Google Analytics which sets cookies to gather usage data (For example, pages visited, time on site, interactions). This helps us analyze site traffic and user behavior. The information is aggregated and not intended to personally identify individuals.

  • Advertising and Tracking Cookies: Cookies from third parties like Google Ads and Facebook are used for advertising purposes. They track your visits and actions on our site and allow those platforms to show you targeted ads elsewhere. For example, the Google Ads cookie enables remarketing (showing EveryDoor ads on other sites you visit after our site), and the Facebook Pixel cookie tracks your behavior to help create custom audiences for our Facebook ads. These cookies collect data such as which pages you visited on EveryDoor, and may combine it with your profile on those ad networks. This data can be used to ensure you see ads that are more relevant to you, and to measure ad campaign effectiveness.

By using our site, you consent to the use of cookies and tracking as described. On your first visit, you may see a cookie notice or banner; if so, please review and you can choose to accept or adjust settings.

Managing/Opting Out of Cookies: You have the right to control cookies. Most web browsers allow you to refuse new cookies, delete existing cookies, or notify you when new cookies are set. Please note that blocking certain cookies may impact your experience on EveryDoor (for example, if you block all cookies, you may not be able to log in or some features might not remember your preferences).

  • For Google Analytics, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to prevent your data from being used by Google Analytics.

  • For Google Ads/DoubleClick cookies, you can adjust your Google ad settings at Google’s Ads Settings page to control personalized ads, or opt-out via the NAI consumer opt-out page.

  • For Facebook/Meta Pixel, you can manage your ad preferences on Facebook (see your Facebook account settings under Ads -> Ad Preferences). Facebook is also part of the Digital Advertising Alliance, so you can opt out via tools like the DAA WebChoices Tool.

  • Additionally, you can use browser privacy modes (like Chrome’s Incognito or Firefox’s Private Browsing) which delete cookies when you close the browser, or use third-party anti-tracking browser extensions.

EveryDoor may also honor any applicable “Do Not Track” settings in your browser if required, but currently, there is no standard interpretation of DNT signals industry-wide, so we treat preferences as described above.

For more details on our use of cookies and how to control them, please refer to our Cookie Policy (if available) or contact us with any questions. We use the data collected through cookies in line with this Privacy Policy – for example, to report statistics, analyze trends, deliver and improve services, diagnose issues, and provide more relevant content and ads.

Data Storage and Security

EveryDoor takes reasonable steps to secure your personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorized access, modification or disclosure. We employ a combination of technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect the data we hold. These include:

  • Secure Hosting: As mentioned, our data is stored in cloud servers (such as Supabase’s databases) which implement robust security measures. Data is typically encrypted at rest and in transit. Our servers are protected by firewalls, and located in secure data centers. We utilize industry-standard security protocols (HTTPS/TLS) for all data transfer between your browser and our servers, to prevent eavesdropping.

  • Access Controls: Access to personal data within EveryDoor is restricted on a need-to-know basis. Only authorized EveryDoor staff or contractors who require your information to perform their duties (for example, customer support or technical development) are permitted access. They are bound by confidentiality obligations. All EveryDoor employees and partners are obligated to respect the confidentiality of your information. We also assess and vet our third-party service providers for strong security practices.

  • Internal Policies: We have internal policies and training in place to ensure we only collect the minimum personal information necessary for a given purpose, and that we handle it safely. We also have procedures to deal with any suspected data breach, including notifying affected individuals and regulators as required by law.

  • Data Retention and Deletion: We only keep personal information for as long as it is needed for our business purposes or as required by law. When we no longer require your personal data, we will take steps to delete or de-identify it. For example, if you delete your EveryDoor account or if we detect an account has been inactive for a long period, we may remove or anonymize personal information associated with it (unless we need to keep it for legal reasons). We also periodically review the data we hold and erase or anonymize information that is no longer necessary. For instance, routine web server logs are purged after some time, and if we had received any sensitive documents (unlikely in our use-case), we would destroy them once no longer needed.

  • Physical Security: Though we primarily operate in the cloud, any physical documents or backups that contain personal info are stored securely (For example,, in locked facilities) and are accessible only to authorized personnel.

  • Third-Party Security Measures: When we share data with third-party processors (like our cloud hosts or analytics providers), we ensure through contracts that they also implement appropriate security safeguards. We conduct due diligence on our suppliers’ security postures – we assess the IT security of suppliers who may hold your personal information. For example, we rely on reputable companies (Google, etc.) that invest heavily in security. However, note that those providers ultimately manage their own systems; while we trust them and they provide various assurances, we cannot guarantee absolute security on their behalf.

  • Payment Information: (Note: At present, EveryDoor does not engage in e-commerce or collect payment details from users. If this changes in the future, we will ensure any payments are handled securely via a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. For now, this is not applicable.)

Despite all measures, please understand that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of data. However, we continuously update and implement security measures in line with best practices and emerging threats. In the unlikely event of a data breach that is likely to result in serious harm, we will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) as required by Australia’s Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected (as outlined in this Policy), or as required for our business operations or by law. The retention period may vary depending on the type of information and usage:

  • Basic contact and account information (like your name, email, account login) is kept for as long as you have an account with us. If you delete your account or it remains inactive for an extended period, we will delete or anonymize that information after a reasonable time, unless we need it for legal reasons.

  • Search queries and interaction logs are generally stored in a de-identified or aggregated form after a certain period, for analytics. Raw logs linking data to your account may be kept only for a shorter window unless needed for security or legal compliance.

  • If you communicated or transacted with an agent through our platform, records of that inquiry might be kept on our system for a time (to ensure continuity in case of any follow-up or disputes), but eventually those too will be removed or anonymized in accordance with our data retention schedule.

  • Any content you have publicly posted on our site (if applicable, For example,, forum comments, reviews) might remain visible to others as long as the site is active or until you remove it, but we can disassociate it from you upon request if possible.

  • We may retain non-personal data (or data that has been anonymized such that it’s no longer tied to you) indefinitely for analytics, improvement, and reporting purposes, since such data no longer identifies any individual.

We evaluate retention periods carefully, considering the sensitivity of the data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use, the value of the data to our operations, and legal requirements for retention. For example, sensitive information is disposed of sooner, whereas basic info like your email (which might be needed to recognize returning users or honor opt-out lists) might be kept longer. When disposing of data, we ensure it is done securely – For example,, by permanent deletion of electronic records and shredding of any physical documents.

Your Rights and Choices

We believe in transparency and giving users control over their personal information. Under Australian privacy law, and as a user of EveryDoor, you have the following rights regarding your data:

  • Access Your Information: You have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you. We will provide you with access subject to any exemptions in the law (for example, if granting access would unreasonably impact someone else’s privacy or if it relates to legal proceedings). We may require proof of identity before releasing data to ensure we don’t give your data to someone else.

  • Correction: If any personal information we have about you is incorrect, out-of-date, or incomplete, you have the right to request that we correct it. We encourage you to keep your profile information up to date. If you can’t directly edit something (or don’t have an account but believe we have your data), contact us and we will correct any inaccuracies wherever possible.

  • Deletion (Right to Erasure): You may request that we delete the personal information we hold about you. For example, if you have an account, you can choose to close it and ask us to remove your data. You may also simply email us to request deletion of specific information or your entire profile (see contact below). Unless we are required to retain the data for legal or regulatory reasons (For example,, transaction records, dispute handling, or backup integrity), we will comply with deletion requests and confirm to you when completed. We will also instruct third-party processors to delete any data they hold that we have control over. To request deletion of your data, please contact hello@everydoor.com.au – you can simply state that you wish to have your personal information removed. We will respond promptly and handle the request in accordance with applicable laws. (Please note that complete removal may not be immediate if backups are involved, but we will take steps to ensure your data is not actively used and is erased from live systems.)

  • Withdraw Consent / Opt-Out: If we are processing your personal information based on your consent (for example, sending marketing emails), you can withdraw that consent at any time. For marketing emails, an easy way is to click the “Unsubscribe” link in any email we send. You can also adjust settings in your account (if available) or contact us to opt out of certain data uses. Withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing we have done prior to your withdrawal.

  • Anonymity: You have the option to use our site without identifying yourself or by using a pseudonym, where practical. For instance, you can browse property listings without logging in. However, some functions (like saving properties or submitting an inquiry to an agent) do require identifying information. We’ll inform you when information is necessary – if you choose not to provide it, we may not be able to offer the corresponding service.

  • Complaints: If you believe we have breached your privacy rights or not handled your personal information in accordance with this Policy or the law, you have the right to make a complaint. We take privacy complaints seriously (see Contact & Complaints below for the process).

  • Data Portability: (Applicable mainly if we integrate with other services) If you request, and if technically feasible, we can provide you with your personal information in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. This is more commonly relevant under GDPR (for EU users), but we are happy to assist Australian users with reasonable data export requests as well, such as providing a summary of your account details and search history.

To exercise any of your rights or make any requests regarding your personal data, please email hello@everydoor.com.au. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests (especially for access, correction, or deletion of data) to ensure security.

Your Privacy Choices on EveryDoor

EveryDoor provides some user controls over how your data is used:

  • Profile Settings: You can edit your personal details on your profile page at any time. You can also update your contact preferences including how we share your details with third parties such as real estate agents.
  • Email Preferences: You can unsubscribe from marketing emails or property alerts by using the unsubscribe link in those emails or by adjusting your account preferences on the profile page. Transactional emails (like password resets or essential account notices) will still be sent as needed.

  • Cookies/Ads: As detailed in Cookies and Tracking, you can opt out of targeted advertising by adjusting cookie settings or using opt-out links for Google/Facebook. Additionally, if we ever introduce an in-site toggle for personalized ads (like RealEstate.com.au offers for logged-in users to turn off personalized ads), we will inform you. Even if you opt out of personalized ads, you will still see ads, but they will be more general.

  • Location Access: If our platform asks for your browser’s location (for a “properties near me” feature), you can choose to allow or deny that request. If you grant permission and later change your mind, you can revoke location access via your browser or device settings, and we will not collect your precise location going forward.

We want you to feel comfortable with how EveryDoor handles your data. Please reach out if you have any questions or need assistance managing your privacy preferences.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

From time to time, EveryDoor may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or other factors. We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. If we make significant changes, we will provide prominent notice (For example,, on our website or via email notification to registered users) and, if required, obtain your consent.

The “Last Updated” date at the top will always indicate when the latest changes were made. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically to stay informed of how we are protecting your information.

Your continued use of EveryDoor after any changes to this Privacy Policy constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to any portion of the revised Policy, please stop using our services or contact us to address your concerns.
